Deposit, cancellation and other remarks Booking conditions

Your booking is irreversible as soon as we confirm it, sending you the bank data, and 50% of the rent has been paid. The rest will be paid 1 month before arrival.

We do not accept credit-cards.

If u will make a reservation within one month of the arrivaldate you will have to pay the full booking costs within one week before arrival.

Payment should be made ​​to our Dutch bank account.

Cancellation

There is no reclamation of the first payment. You can diminish the risks with a cancellation insurance. If you have paid the full amount and are under the necessity to cancel, we will repay a part. For this we have the next rules:

Cancellation until repay rent repay meals
cancelling until 28 days before arrival 70% 100%
cancelling until 14 days before arrival 50% 100%
cancelling until 7 days before arrival 25% 100%
cancelling less than 7 days before arrival 0% 50%


The journey to our destination is equally at your risk. You could effect a travel insurance for it.
