Terms and Conditions.

Booking Conditions:
After receiving your reservation we will send you, by mail, the confirmation letter with the payment information.
Your reservation is definite on receiving 50% of the total amount.
This deposit must be transferred immediately and within 1 week after booking.
The remaining amount is due 1 month before the day of arrival.
If you book less than a 1 month before arrival, you are obliged to pay the full amount within 1 week.
Payment is to be made into our Belgium bank account.

Cancellation Policy.

!! COVID-19!!

In case of negative travel advice:

– Down payments (50%) are refunduable till 30 days before arrival.
– We do charge a administration fee of 50 euros
– with less than 30 days befor arrival are the down-payments non-refundable but reusable in the form of a voucher.
– Rebooking is free of charge until the end of 2022, based on availability.
If you nevertheless wish to cancel your trip (without a travel ban), we can provide you with a cancellation invoice with the amount paid that you can submit to your travel or cancellation insurance policy for a refund of the amount.

General Cancellation Policy
Deposits (50%) are not refundable. You can cover that risk by taking out a cancellation insurance. In the case of having paid the full amount and are unfortunately forced to cancel we will refund a portion of the amount paid. The following applies:

 

The journey to our destination at your own risk. We recommend that you take out a travel insurance.

Miscellaneous:

• The prices include water, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.
• Your room is normally available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.
• The minimum number of nights is 2.
• The guest rooms are non smoking!
• The rent is calculated per guest / per house.
• Quinta da Vida Serena is not responsible for any accidents and cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or theft from / to your properties.
• Use of/ or entering the apartment, patio and garden, falls under the responsibility of the visitor.
• If you destroy or damage property of Quinta da Vida Serena during your stay, you will be charged a fee to replace the damaged property.
• No pets allowed! We only make an exception in the case of a guide/help dog.
• The use of electrical equipment (over 800 watts) not belonging to the Quinta only after consultation with the owners.
• The rooms should be left surface clean.
