Alcobaça Alcobaça is situated in a valley where the two rivers Rio Alcoa and Rio Baga join together. It is the centre of fruit culture and vineyards. Highlights: Real Abadia de Santa Maria de Alcobaça.

Batalha In this village white houses surround a huge Dominican monastery, a masterpiece of gothic building and Manuelino arts.
Caldas da Rainha Caldas da Rainha is a health resort which was built by Leonor de Branganca, the spouse of King Joao I.
Coimbra Coimbra is the 4th city of Portugal. The city forms a triangle with Praca de Portagem, Praca de Maio and the river. Part of the city is situated on a higher level, on a nearby hill. Coimbra is also knows for its University.
Fátima Fátima is one of the most important pilgrimage sights in the catholic world. Here you will find the chapel "das Aparições". This chapel is famous for its Maria apparitions.
Óbidos This pitoresk small city is situated on a hill and surrounded by beautiful medieval walls. It is known for it’s rich and well preserved history. This is why the city of Óbidos has been listed as a national monument of Portugal.
Leiria Leiria is situated at the junction of the two rivers Rio Lis and Rio Lena. This appealing area is known for its vineyards, olive trees and pine groves.
Mafra Mafra is situated 10 kilometres inland from Ericeira near a huge monastery. In the 13th century this city was already an important religious place. Later on pope Johannes XXI started delivering his sermons here.
Nazaré Nazaré is one of the most popular coastal towns in Costa de Prata, and well known even beyond the borders. In the summertime lots of tourists and day trippers visit this place.
Peniche The fortress city of Peniche is situated on the Southside of a peninsula connected to the main coast of Costa de Prata.
Santarém This is the former capitol of the Ribatejo region. The city is partially situated on a hill, 103 meters above the river banks of the Rio Tejo.
Sintra Sintra is situated west from Lisbon on the slopes of the Serra de Sintra, a 10 kilometres long mountain ridge. Its highest peak is Cruz Alta, 529 metres high. Highlights: Parque da Pena and Palacio da Pena.
