The bay of São Martinho do Porto / Salir do Porto.
This bay is a shell shaped lagoon. It is connected to the
sea through a narrow opening between rocky hills. It is
surrounded by hills, dunes and a steep beach. In summertime
the beach is coloured with blue and white striped beach
tents. East of the bay lies the harbour. The wonderful bay
is a paradise for children but it is also fun for parents
and teenagers. There is enough to see and to do for everyone
in and around the bay of Sao Martinho do Porto. |

The beach of
Foz de Arelho.
A beautiful beach at the beginning of a lagoon called “Lagoa
de Óbidos.” Both the ocean side and the lagoon side have
pretty sand beaches. The lagoon beach is most suitable for
our little ones because it is less steep and they will not
be bothered by strong currents and big waves. |

taken form the beach at Foz de Arelho. The beach of Bom
successo has the same qualities as Foz de Arelho although it
