Our guesthouse is just a few kilometers from several lovely beaches of the Costa da Prata, such as:
the shell-shaped bay of Sao Martinho do Porto (very safe for children)
Salir do Porto, Nazaré with its elongated promenade,
Foz de Arelho, the most beautiful beach in Europe
The pristine beach of Salgado,
Baleal a lovely (surfing) beach and the south beach of Peniche.
All these beaches are within 10-25 minutes from our Quinta da vida Serena.

Lovers of culture? Then you have come to the right place. There are plenty of cultural attractions in the immediate vicinity.
Beautiful cities such as:
Alcobaça, Aveiro Batalha, Caldas da Rainha, Coimbra, Fatima, Figueira de Foz, Obidos, Leiria, Lisbon, Mafra, Nazaré, Peniche, Santarém, Sintra.

Nature:

the large mountainous area of Serra de Candeeiros where you can hike all day.
There are beautiful caves to visit in this mountainous area.
