There are 2 bathrooms (1 shower / 1 bath) and a spacious living room with the fully equipped kitchen.
The entire house is also equipped with air conditioning & heating.

The heated swimming pool and cozy terrace is located on the south-west side of the house. This means a lot of sun and also a place in the shade for those who prefer it.
Next to the pool are also sun beds, an outdoor shower and dining table up to 8p. to provide.

The coast is located about 15 km.
