Quinta da Vida Serena’s guesthouses are located in the village of Macalhona, near the west coast of Portugal, also known as the Costa de Prata or Silver Coast on the Atlantic Ocean. It is an hour’s drive north of Lisbon and close to the bay of Sao Martinho de Porto. Because of its central location to the major roads, the beaches and major towns in the area are easily accessible by car. This is ideal if, for example, you want to take a day trip to Lisbon, to visit the beautiful palaces of Sintra, or want to spend a day surfing in Peniche and Nazaré.

The landscaped Quinta Serena is located in a green, hillside setting and exudes calm and relaxation. There is a nice spacious garden with shared patio and a large pool. The accommodations are each uniquely decorated and equipped with all basic amenities and free wifi internet. Here you can enjoy privacy and the hospitality of its owners. In this relaxed atmosphere you can choose to take your well-deserved rest or an outside activity.
