* Check-in from 4:00 PM | Check-out before 10:00 am
* There is a minimum stay of 7 nights
* Pool heating is included in the months of June-September. In the months October-May, heating costs an additional charge of 125 euros per week.
* Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
* Electricity included up to 200 Kwh, if you use more than this the costs are 0.50 euros per Kwh.

* When booking you must make a deposit of 30% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. If you book within 6 weeks, the total booking amount must be paid immediately. If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. If you cancel within 6 weeks, no refund will be made. We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
**The deposit is 300 euros, which must be paid in advance. If you leave everything clean and without damage, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days
